Injuries happen, but being in pain is not normal. Often we hope that a pain will get better on its own, but unfortunately, that is not always the case. The worst possible thing we can do for our bodies is to stop moving and become avoidant of activity. Often if we can work on increasing mobility and supplementing that mobility with increased stability to the injured area and surrounding areas we can improve our symptoms and then begin to build resiliency to re-injury. Aging is not a good excuse for why we hurt more. Don’t wait until you are already hurt or until the pain has been persisting for months/years before you act on it. Getting ahead of the pain and knowing how to appropriately move our bodies is the ultimate wealth!

By not utilizing your insurance for physical therapy, you are able to unlock a type of care you may have never experienced. Insurance limits our visit counts and limits our ability for continued care that involves the whole body, and not just the injured area.
